Ironic criticism of Wikipedia, something for the archives?

Idea for new page

Hi, I think it would be fun to set up a page called Wikipedia:Sandbox Highlights that's basically like BJAODN but for the Sandbox, cataloging all the weird, wild and wacky stuff added there over time. The Verifiable (but not True) History of Wikipedia

From time to time, sources talking about Wikipedia get things wrong: maybe they say the WMF closed an RFC that was actually closed by a few admins, maybe they say ArbCom blocked someone who was actually banned by the community, maybe (as I have seen happen once!) they say a Wikipedia article is going viral when the screenshot is clearly actually from another (non-WMF) wiki. Has anyone ever tried to compile the errors and write an alternate history article about Wikipedia, where all the content is wrong but Reliably Sourced?
